 Captain Nikolay Damianov Kolev graduated the Naval Academy “Nikola Yonkov Vaptzarov”.
He is a master mariner ocean going and a first grade marine pilot.
o He has an extensive naval background and managerial experience as a head of “Varna Pilot Station – P” Ltd. His outstanding experience gives him a deep knowledge in the area of maritime business and especially of Port Varna.
He is a honorary member of the managing board of the Bulgarian Chamber of Shipping.
Captain Damianov takes part in the governing bodies of a number of other organizations as well, with the purpose of developing the shipping policy of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Ivailo Nikolaev Kolev has graduated the “American University in Bulgaria”(1995) with concentrations in applied economics and business administration.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from as well as an MBA from the “Stuttgart Institute of Management and Technology” with a concentration in management information systems.
He has a long experience as an auditor and finance director.
He takes interest in the field of strategic management since 2006.
